Upcoming Health Reminders
February is Dental Health Month. Toothbrushes and tips for better dental hygiene will be going home with students.
Hydration Reminder:
Staying hydrated is crucial for overall health. Please encourage your child to bring a water bottle to school and remind them to take sips throughout the day.
Flu Season Precautions:
As we navigate the flu season, we must remind our little ones about the importance of handwashing, covering their mouths when coughing or sneezing, and staying home if they feel unwell. These habits help create a healthier environment for everyone.
Weather Changes and Health:
Please ensure your child is dressed appropriately for the weather during the winter months. Layers are crucial to staying warm; don't forget hats and gloves.
Remember, your elementary school nurse is here to support the health and well-being of our students. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out.
