Mr. Doyle’s name is synonymous with excellence, passion, and unwavering dedication at Rushville Consolidated High School. As a longtime leader of the choral department, he has not only shaped voices but also inspired countless students through his commitment to music and education. He has fostered a love for the arts, instilled discipline, and created a sense of family within his choirs. His tireless dedication was recently recognized at the annual Elks Scholarship Dinner, where he was honored for his years of service and the profound influence he has had on the students and community. Generations of students and colleagues celebrate him as a mentor, role model, and a true legend in Rushville.

Ali Flannery, Claire Angle, Honor Lauderdale, and Allie Kuhn have worked many SRTs with Mrs. Meek to get the 3E board up and running. Our goal is for all students to have a plan/goal after high school so students put their names under the section that best represents what they want to accomplish. Students that said they did not have a plan have a meeting scheduled with Mr Orme, our career coach, to research different career paths and to find a goal.

Bonnie Miller is a 1982 RCHS graduate. She is the Officer Manager at Richmond Civic Theatre and oversees the Business Office which has a multitude of different responsibilities. Thank you for sharing your journey!

Our Academic Team participated in the Batesville International last night. Our Math team of Vance Cup placed 3rd overall in his subject and Bethany Warrick placed 2nd in the English Contest. The team's next contest is on April 22 at Shelbyville for Area Contest ( state qualifier). Great job!

RCHS was excited and proud to recognize Senior Austin Bousman and Staff member, Brett Smith last night at the board meeting. There was a common theme in the comments about Austin, he has grown and matured so much in the past years. Mrs. Nicholls, Mrs. Leon, and Ms Scanlan all came to support him! Mr. Smith was the staff member of the month- in his less than two years here, he has started the Unified Track team and helped many students learn trades and transferrable skills. Congratulations!

The School Board Meeting will begin tonight at 6:30 pm! Click the link below to watch it live!
