
Who's ready for some pool fun! We have an opportunity for our preschool-2nd graders to enjoy the pool on Monday, July 29 and our 3rd-6th graders on Thursday, August 1. Both will be from 7:00-9:00 pm.
If you have children in both preschool-2nd grade and 3rd-6th grade, please choose one date to attend. We look forward to seeing all our Lions!


Come join us on Thursday for Popsicles with Principals from 11:00-12:00 on the west side playground. Enjoy a treat and fun with friends!

Happy Fourth of July! Below we have listed some amazing community events that will be taking place on the Fourth of July!
Rushville Breakfast Optimist Car Show - The Car Show will be held at North Veterans Memorial Park. Registration opens at 8 a.m. and the awards will be presented at 3 p.m.
Rushville's July 4th Parade - Parade participants will line up in the 200 block of North Perkins Street, then the parade will begin on Second Street, and turn onto Main Street. The parade will head north till the parade turns on 11th Street. The parade will end near the Rushville Consolidated High School Gym. The parade line-up will begin around 9 a.m., but the parade will not step off until 11 a.m.
Rushville's Firework Display - The firework display will take place behind Rushville Elementary School and begin at dusk. The Heart of Rushville has organized for there to be food trucks located behind Rushville Elementary School from 5 p.m. - 10 p.m. At this time, the fireworks display and the food trucks have been postponed until Saturday, July 13th due to inclement weather.
Rush County Fair - Don't forget! The Rush County Fair is also in town from June 29th - July 6th!

SUN Programs help kids and teens thrive in the summertime and beyond, giving families convenient new ways to get nutritious food for their kids when school's out! Free Summer Meals will be available from May 29th - July 26th. Meals will be served Monday through Friday from 11 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Please enter through Door 25 at Rushville Consolidated High School. We hope to see you there!
**Meals will not be available on the 4th of July**
