RCHS Alumni Spotlight for the week is local AFLAC insurance agent, Beverly Stull. She is a 1978 graduate and has made a HUGE impact on Rush County Schools Athletics. I would encourage you to read all of her accomplishments in the spotlight! She encourages students to explore all options and it is ok if you change your path from what you thought it would be.
RCHS would like to remind everyone of upcoming events as we are reaching the end of the school year. We are excited to announce that our awards ceremony and graduation will be live streamed this year! Just a reminder that we will give students some time in SRT to clean their lockers, but if they have ALOT of items, they may want to start that process now.
Celebrating our Indiana College Core graduates today at Ivy Tech! We are so proud of these students! We also have students earning certifications from WCC that we will be sharing soon! Congratulations to all!

This week RCHS recognized Eli and Sam Pavey as our students of the month! They are great human beings and we are so lucky to have them at Rushville! They are excellent role models for the students in our building. Congratulations!
Brandi Manghelli, one of our life skills assistants, was recognized this week at our board meeting as the staff member of the month. She brings such a light to our hallways and her students gravitate toward her. We are so thankful for her!
EMT students took blood pressures for the public at the Love Community Center. Thankful for the continued partnerships we are creating with the community!
Mr Tracy has been taking Fire and Rescue students to do some demonstrations and practice with live fire at the burn houses. Our kids are getting such a great hands on experiences!
RCHS Alumni spotlight this week is 2010 graduate, Blaek Combs. He is the regional sales manager for Vestis. Despite his busy schedule, he finds time to volunteer in his children's school and is up for their school district volunteer of the year award! His favorite classes in high school were any class with Ms. Hearne or Mr. Perin. He tells students to not be worried if they do not know their entire life plan in high school. Go after your passion!

Bill Hufford took some time to talk to the students at the Hoosier Youth Academy about his EMT courses!
The Interdisciplinary Quiz Bowl team received their first place medals for their season during fall semester. They are the conference champions in this subject. Ms. Adams and Ms. Corum are so proud of these students and can't wait to see what happens next year. Great job!!!
