This week's alumni spotlight is Rushville dentist and 2009 graduate, Jessica Vogel. Thank you so much for sharing your expertise with the city of Rushville with your practice as well as taking time to provide advice to our current students!

Trenia Logan is RCHS staff member of the month for February! She has done amazing things with the Opportunity School students. She motivates them and gives them a school experience. She has been setting up guest speakers for the students and working on their plans for after graduation. She had some visitors in the audience cheering her on! The second picture was from last year when Bill Seymour was selected as student of the month last year and Trenia was there to support him. When Trenia received this award, Bill and his brother Hayden came to support her! She also had some other graduates in the audience to support her as well. That tells you all you need to know! Thank you for everything you do and congratulations!

We FINALLY got to celebrate Lindsay Tillison as the January RCHS staff member of the month! She organized the Angel Tree Project to help bring gifts to families during Christmas. As one of her colleagues said, Lindsay comes up with creative ideas to motivate students and access their knowledge. Thank you so much Lindsay!

We are celebrating Emi Flannery for her graduation from RCHS! Congratulations!

IN state law requires all seniors to submit a FAFSA. We will have Elizabeth Moffett from the Commission of Higher Education here on February 4 from 2:00-5:30 in computer lab 143. Parents are invited to come in for help and guidance if needed.
Make sure both student and parent have FSA ID created well in advance of the session (at least 72 hours). Please consult the Senior Planner for directions and web addresses.
Also coming soon: If you are not intending to file the FAFSA, we will be providing Opt Out Waivers to students by the end of February.
